Streaming video can perform differently depending on your Internet connection, computer hardware and location. If you are having difficulty viewing this or other presentations, please:
- Ensure you are connected via a direct line to the Web; wireless Internet does not always provide good streaming as the signal can be unstable.
- Ensure you have the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed: download it here
- Ensure you have a broadband connection. Although slower Internet connections will work, you will have a slower connection and buffer rate to your video.
- If you are watching a pre-recorded video, (Not Live) you can press the Pause button, wait 1-2 minutes for buffering, and then press Play.
- You can right click on the video, and switch the quality setting. This can help stream the video faster to your computer.
- Make sure you don't have other applications running as this may impact the quality of the broadcast.
- Make sure neither you nor anyone else who shares your internet connection is downloading or streaming other files (e.g. listening to Pandora, viewing YouTube, using iTunes, using BitTorrent, etc.)
